About Marc Posthumus

Marc Posthumus is a seasoned Commercial Real Estate Broker with over 20 years of experience, specializing in office, industrial, and R&D properties. Known for his commitment to exceptional client service, he takes a consultative approach to advising on long-term real estate strategies. An expert in owner-occupied real estate and private capital investment sales, Marc has extensive experience in acquisitions and dispositions, working closely with clients to navigate both conventional and SBA financing to ensure a seamless transaction process.

He earned his Bachelor of Arts from Hope College in Michigan in 1996 and became a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) in 2003. Actively involved in the industry and his community, Marc is a Principal Member of the NAIOP CEO Breakfast Roundtable and a volunteer with Big Brothers Big Sisters of San Diego. He is also a member of the Century Club of San Diego and La Jolla Country Club.
