About Carrie Duda

Carrie Duda specializes in tenant representation and agency leasing across office and industrial product types in San Diego County. Currently, as a student intern, Carrie is finishing her final year at the University of San Diego (USD) majoring in both Real Estate and Business Administration.

Before joining CAST, she had prior experience working as a Marketing Assistant at a privately-owned property management company in Newport Beach. In that position she conducted market research, assisted in the underwriting of a $200M office asset, and helped manage all aspects of the firm's portfolio. Carrie received her California Real Estate salesperson license in November of 2022, and currently serves as the Vice President of Industry and Community Relations for the Real Estate Society at USD.
