About Steve Neiger, CCIM

Steve Neiger, CCIM is a Managing Principal at CAST with nearly twenty years’ experience in the commercial real estate industry. Specializing in the retail sector, Steve has used his experience in brokerage and development to become a leading expert in retail commercial real estate in Southern Nevada' high-density and mixed-use projects that incorporate restaurants and retail in Las Vegas’ most famous corridors, including Chinatown, Downtown Las Vegas, and the Las Vegas Strip.

While transacting hundreds of millions of dollars in the last five years in leasing and sales, Steve and his team have taken great pride in changing the retail landscape in Nevada by bringing numerous exciting new concepts from around the world to Las Vegas and leading the charge on redevelopment projects throughout Southern Nevada. He is also an active investor in commercial real estate, having owned with his partners commercial properties all over Nevada.

In addition to being a CCIM designee and long-time member of ICSC, Steve has won NAIOP Southern Nevada Retail Broker of the Year in 2018, 2019, 2021, and 2023. He’s been honored to receive several awards for his dedicated service to the commercial real estate industry and our community over the last decade and was most recently recognized for his government affairs work in Washington, DC as the 2023 Volunteer of the Year by NAIOP in all North America.

Mr. Neiger serves as the Chair of Government Affairs and sits on the Board of Directors for NAIOP Southern Nevada, the largest commercial real estate trade organization in the state. He also serves as Commissioner and Vice Chair of the Las Vegas Parks and Recreation Commission. Steve, a lifelong resident of Las Vegas, graduated Summa Cum Laude from the Lee Business School and is an avid supporter of his alma mater, UNLV.
