CAST worked as a fully integrated partner for “Uptown Centre” Project. Purchased in August 2020, the company crafted and executed the full office condominium conversion play at 4080 Centre St. Aligned with CAST’s 36-month timeline, a full exit was accomplished with levered returns exceeding a 40% IRR and 2X equity multiple and more than doubling the PSF from the purchase price. Our firm was able to exceed proforma underwriting through our understanding of the large demand for this product type and very limited market supply. Responsible for the acquisition, conversion execution, property management, as well as its disposition, this project is representative of our full-service capabilities here at CAST.
