About Tracie Meade

Tracie Meade is the Senior Portfolio Manager at CAST, an esteemed professional with over two decades of experience in commercial property and portfolio management strategies.  She has cultivated a prestigious track record in the industry, especially in San Diego, where she was born and raised.  Tracie previously served as the Director of Site Operations at Breakthrough Properties, where she assisted in some of their most innovative life science projects in San Diego.  Prior to that, she served as a Senior Property Manager at Regent Properties, where she revitalized commercial spaces and set new standards for tenant satisfaction.

 

Tracie built her expertise in commercial real estate by serving as a property manager for the Kilroy Realty Corporation, where she navigated diverse challenges and managed impressive portfolios of various Class-A spaces and tenants for over a decade.   Tracie's unwavering commitment to excellence have earned her widespread respect and recognition in the industry and amongst her peers.
