About Nicholas Bost

Nicholas Bost presently serves as Senior Analyst for Cast Capital Partners. In this capacity, he is responsible for a variety of services related to the firm’s commercial real estate deals and transactions including underwriting, research, negotiation, closing coordination, and sourcing new investment opportunities. Nicholas works to serve Cast's brokerage clients in all their needs related to the acquisition and sale of commercial property. In addition to growing the company's investment sales and advisory platform, he also assists the Managing Partners in capital markets activity for the firm’s principal investments and development projects.

Since joining Cast in 2022, Nicholas has worked on the successful closing of over $50M in volume for the firm's clients.

Nicholas graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of San Diego with a BBA in Real Estate and a minor in Philosophy, Politics, Economics (PPE). While there, he served as President of the USD Real Estate Society, won the NAIOP University Challenge, and was the recipient of numerous real estate scholarships. Prior to joining Cast, Nicholas had worked as a broker on a top-producing residential team at Compass, as well as in CBRE’s Capital Markets division on one of the largest investment sales teams on the West Coast specializing in office and industrial property sales.

Nicholas is an active member of both the ULI and NAIOP organizations in the San Diego region. He is also a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the state of CA and a lifelong Eagle Scout.
