Meet Morgan
Director of OperationsMorgan Hampel serves as Director of Operations where he manages the day-to-day execution as well as long-term planning and strategy for CAST.
Prior to joining CAST Morgan Cofounded Hammer and Hampel, a real estate syndication out of Minneapolis, MN where so oversaw the acquisition and operations of over 900 multifamily units across the Midwest and Texas. Morgan's role encompasses a wide spectrum of responsibilities, including strategic planning, acquisitions, underwriting, asset management, and capital raising.
Morgan is a Nuclear Surface Warfare Officer and Lieutenant in the United States Navy Reserve and holds a Master of Science in Real Estate from the University of San Diego, a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Iowa State University.
