About Max LaGrange

Max LaGrange is a member of the tenant representation team at Cast Capital Partners, where he specializes in office properties throughout San Diego, with additional experience in industrial space. Max joined the team after interning at Cast Capital Partners from 2023 to 2025, where he gained hands-on experience across the tenant representation process. A lifelong San Diego resident, Max brings deep local market knowledge to every transaction and is dedicated to building trusting, progressive relationships with the tenants he represents.

Max earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley, where he also competed as an NCAA Division I Water Polo player. During his collegiate career, he was part of back-to-back NCAA D1 National Championship teams in 2022 and 2023 and was named to the 2023 All-Academic Team. Max remains active outside the office through swimming, hiking, and weightlifting, and enjoys spending time at the beach.
