Meet Mark

Transaction Coordinator

Mark Manalac serves as a Transaction Coordinator and a Bookkeeper at CAST.  In this capacity as a Transaction Coordinator he serves in all aspects of the leasing deals which CAST conducts, assisting in the drafting, editing, and delivery of complex lease documents for the brokerage team and their clients.  He also serves in the capacity of a general accountant and bookkeeper for CAST's brokerage and commercial services businesses.

Mark has prior experience as an accounting manager, bookkeeper, project manager, customer service manager, and executive assistant.  Before joining CAST, Mark was a Senior Accountant at Botkeeper, Inc. where he provided book keeping services, management reports, and managed a team of other financial accountants.
