With over seven years of experience at Voit Real Estate, Josh specialized in Investment Sales, Retail Tenant Representation, and Landlord Representation, accumulating over $41 million in total sales transactions during that time. His ability to foster strong relationships and his exceptional interpersonal skills enable him to consistently help landlords and tenants achieve their investment goals.

 

Josh earned his Bachelor's Degree in Communications from Arizona State University, after beginning his collegiate career as an NCAA athlete, playing basketball at Concordia Irvine University. Josh remains active in his passion for sports while participating in numerous adult Basketball leagues with friends.
