Dan Meeh’s real estate development career spans 15 years, with direct involvement in the planning and management of over $4 billion in large-scale construction projects and more than 3,000 multifamily units on the West Coast.
Over the past five years, Dan has led $500 million in annual construction operations within San Diego, contributing his expertise to multifamily housing projects across the region. He also served as a National Market Leader for Multifamily Housing, leveraging his extensive experience to guide planning and execution efforts across 20 offices nationwide.
Dan has been directly involved in site selection, entitlement, design, planning, and construction for over 3,000 units and 25 projects in San Diego for clients such as Lennar, Toll Brothers, Trammell Crow Residential, Blackstone, and IQHQ. His comprehensive understanding of construction systems ensures efficient, cost-effective project execution and successful outcomes.
In addition to multifamily projects, Dan has played a key role in delivering $100 million+ developments, including adaptive reuse, life science, mixed-use, corporate office, mass timber, and hospitality projects, from initial planning through final construction.
Dan holds a master’s degree in Real Estate Development and Finance from the University of San Diego, earned in 2015, and has been actively engaged in development projects since that time.
