Meet Cathy
Shopping Center Leasing and Tenant RepresentationCathy Enderwood represents landlords and tenants in Nevada. Prior to joining CAST, Cathy was an associate at CBRE, where she established herself as a retail specialist supporting the firm’s lifestyle, open-air, and regional leasing activities.
Her vast knowledge of development objectives, hospitality, and brand strategy helped secure the placement of premier retail, dining, and entertainment concepts. Recent notable transactions include Flecha Cantina by Mark Wahlberg (Town Square Las Vegas), PopStroke (Town Square Las Vegas), and Culture Kings (Forum Shops at Caesars Palace).
Before CBRE, Cathy served as a leasing director for Forest City, a national REIT. During her tenure, she completed numerous lease-ups across Forest City’s California portfolio spanning 4M sq. ft.
Cathy holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and a paralegal studies certificate from the USC Gould School of Law. She is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Cathy is licensed in California and Nevada.
