Meet Brian
Brian specializes in representing private and corporate occupiers throughout Southern California, advising business owners, founders, and executive teams on complex commercial real estate decisions. His experience spans lease renewals, relocations, expansions, consolidations, and owner user acquisitions across industrial, flex, R&D, life science, and office environments.
As a San Diego native, Brian has developed deep market insight and long-standing relationships across the county. He is known for his disciplined, process driven approach and his ability to simplify complex negotiations while aligning real estate strategy with broader operational and financial objectives.
In his role as Managing Director, Brian will focus on expanding the firm’s tenant representation platform, recruiting top brokerage talent, and building a collaborative team dedicated to delivering best in class advisory services.
Beyond brokerage, Brian is highly involved in the local community and philanthropic initiatives. In 2024, he co-founded ‘Surf for Impact’, a commercial real estate focused industry event benefiting the Challenged Athletes Foundation, supporting adaptive athletes through access to equipment, training, and opportunities to get in the water.
