About Breanne Belasco

Breanne Belasco is the Assistant Property Manager at CAST and supports a portfolio of over 450k square feet of office and flex space. With over 18 years of commercial and residential real estate experience, she is a seasoned leader that excels in taking challenging projects from concept-to-completion. Prior to CAST, she served as Property Administrator at Cushman and Wakefield, overseeing all tenant requirements across multiple, Class A office, life science, and retail portfolios. 

Born and raised in San Diego, Breanne followed her passion for real estate when she took a role as the Community Relations Representative for an Irvine Company owned, 300+ unit residential community. While serving in this tenant-facing position, she cultivated a unique skillset geared toward both strategic direction as well as up-tempo problem solving that led to a natural fit in the commercial real estate space.
